Mental Health Consulting
Besides being a former camp director, Nick Teich is also a licensed social worker with a doctorate in social policy, for which he studied youth populations.
Having directed an overnight camp for nearly 15 years, through the pandemic, Nick worked with many campers and staff through situations having to do with their mental health. He has a wealth of knowledge in what it means to handle these issues in a manner that takes into account each camp's risk tolerance, and sensitive to all parties.
Mental Health Consulting Package
As a package, Nick works with camp directors to get to know their camp's culture, current policies, and risk management thoughts relating to mental health.
He then:

Creates policies for situations such as threats of, or actual: self-harm, disordered eating, suicidality, panic, and more - involving campers and/or staff

Creates procedures for the camp to follow for many scenarios that might happen during the summer

Provides training for leadership teams prior to camp beginning (typically remote training)

Throughout the summer season, provides on-call consultancy for mental health situations and crises for both campers and staff
